Bought a cake for my fiances birthday Sunday afternoon, we went to eat it tonight and there was mold all over the berries on the cake. We kept it refrigerated and saw no mold when we purchased Sunday. Tried to call and see if there was anything we were able to do. We are now sadly having a cakeless birthday party tonight...

Phenomenal service from ANG in the bakery! She made ordering my custom cake such an easy process. She was friendly and displayed a prime example of not only going above and beyond but the type of customer service Sam’s Club should be proud to call their own!

Was debating on leaving this review as it happened almost a week ago but This was hands-down the worst and most unprofessional tire service experience I’ve ever had. I had my tires serviced at the Waukesha Sam’s Club tire center (600 N Springdale Rd, Waukesha, WI 53186) on Saturday, March 7th, around 5 PM (order ending in 3375), and the way my car was handled was unsafe, reckless, and completely unacceptable. The staff struggled to get my lowered Fiesta ST onto the lift and were laughing while using excessive force, rocking the car back and forth. In the process, they scraped the underside of my car badly. At one point, the manager — took a wrench to my exhaust tip, believing it had been bent. I had to shout to stop, and the staff froze like deer in headlights, clearly realizing how reckless their behavior was. Another male employee, a younger guy who kept standing by a white Subaru WRX (which I believe is his own car), was laughing and making light of the excessive force being used on my vehicle. Additionally, a female, blonde employee wearing a yellow or orange vest with glasses, who did not appear to be part of the tire department, was also mocking the situation rather than a

Ordered a delivery and brought it in shortly after it was dropped off. The items were in a fully open box, allowing the delivery person or anyone else to pick out items without having to go through any trouble of cutting open a box. Only 2 out of my 9 items were there when I got my order. I have never had any deliveries tampered with or taken, and it is ridiculous to not have a delivery be in a sealed shut package. Will never be ordering from here again and am sharing my experience with others as well.

My wife signed us up for a membership. I'm so glad she did. I forgot how nice Sam's club was. we shopped with our 3 kids for an hour or so and grabbed a bit to eat. Overall, we will totally be back.
